Spend time de-stressing, cleansing and revitalizing your whole body, mind, heart and spirit at our signature Women's Weekend blending Yoga, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and detoxifying vegetarian meals inspired by the healing tradition of the Ayurvedic diet. The daily rigors and stresses of life add up, causing blockages in the body, the mind and communication skills. By taking time to examine and then clear out emotional, dietary and environmental congestion, you will find a sense of renewal and expanded vitality to re-energize your relationship to truth of self and faith in others. The getaway begins the moment you drive onto the grounds of “The Homestead” located in the beautiful Pinnacle Valley of Little Rock, Arkansas. Serenity and peace welcome you with complimentary hot tea and meditative surroundings. Get to know the practitioners and learn what is in store for this empowering retreat. Women's Weekend is for anyone looking to release mental and physical stress's and then connect the whole body, mind, heart and spirit back to its innate sense of balance and vitality. Cost is $250 per person. This includes meals. Housing is limited to retreaters coming from out of state, so you will be responsible for your own accommodations. 8:00am - Gentle Morning Yoga with Susie (a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing practice.)
9:15am - Breakfast (fruit, yogurt, granola, nuts and berries, coffee, tea and juice)
10:00am - 12:00pm - Morning Life Coaching session with Tharwat.
12:00pm - 2:00pm - Lunch and free time. (a home-style vegetarian lunch will be served. Afterward, we encourage you to take a meditative walk around the grounds and to write in your journal).
2:00pm - 4:00pm - Afternoon Hypnotherapy session with Meredith.
4:15pm - 6:00pm - Shake your Soul Yoga and Circle of Admiration
