About Us

Mindful Blend Retreat started when three passionate women decided to weave together their individual specialties in the fields of Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic Yoga, to create a transformative weekend designed to empower people to realize their full potentials.  We believe we have organized a unique system to developing skills for optimal living, through a program of self discovery and education for the whole person:  body, mind, heart, and spirit. We invite you to come heal and renew with us here, at "The Homestead," located in the beautiful Pinnacle Valley of Little Rock, Arkansas.
